Rensford Abrigo, Director of Operations, is making his signature family recipe for Guyanese Pancakes for the Santa Clara University community to enjoy. Guyanese pancakes are different from traditional flat pancakes and this is due to to the Portuguese influence. They are more dense. In Portugal, these pancakes are known as Masadas (a Portuguese-style fried donut).
