National Comfort Food Day is Monday, January 22nd. We will be featuring your choice of Southern Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket or Organic Tofu at Global Grill Dinner, served with mac n cheese, baked beans and jalapeno cheddar corn bread.

Rensford Abrigo, Director of Operations, is making his signature family recipe for Guyanese Pancakes for the Santa Clara University community to enjoy. Guyanese pancakes are different from traditional flat pancakes and this is due to to the Portuguese influence. They are more dense. In Portugal, these pancakes are known as Masadas (a Portuguese-style fried donut).
