Chef Matthew Urban is a veteran in the kitchen with a vast background in both fine dining and as the District Executive Chef at Bon Appétit at Google for eight years.
Before joining Bon Appétit, Chef Matthew trained under James Beard award-winning Chef Johnny Monis. His favorite restaurant to share with friends and family is Kokkari in San Francisco and he loves to make Taiwanese-inspired beef noodle soup, ramen, and anything seafood for all to enjoy. Chef Matthew looks forward to delighting the USF community with refreshed menu concepts.
