Welcome Mitchell Everetts, Bon Appétit West Coast Fellow to Santa Clara University. Mitchell’s adventures in food began when his brother convinced him to join a catering club in high school, which quickly sparked a lifelong love for food. This passion evolved during his time as a student at Willamette University, where he worked in the Bon Appétit dining hall and was introduced to the fellowship. Now, Mitchell connects students with their campus food systems, sparking conversations to reveal the story behind the food we consume every day.
