Meet the Dietitian! London Baker, Regional Wellness Manager, will be at Benson Center to answer your wellness questions and help students with allergens navigate dining. He will be also sampling cuisine from the Simply Oasis station, made without the top 9 allergens + gluten.
Nicholas (London) Baker is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and classically trained chef with 6 years of experience in the corporate wellness industry. Prior to coming to Bon Appetit, London worked as a General Manager and Registered Dietitian that oversaw multiple fitness center locations and wellness programs onsite at Facebook.
London graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Nutrition with a concentration in Clinical Dietetics and completed his Dietetic Internship at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. London specializes in combining his knowledge of food and nutrition to help clients and chefs. In his free time, London enjoys exploring new hiking trails with his dogs, biking, and playing competitive volleyball.
