CHEFS COMPETE
Executive Chefs from Santa Clara University, University of San Francisco, and University of the Pacific will be challenged to create the most delicious offerings.

Order the Chef Wars dinner on Transact the night of the event and get three different foodie samplings.

- You can order on Transact on Wednesday or pay with cash or credit card at Benson.
- You get all three stations for $29.95

University of San Francisco, Chef Matthew Urban
Korean barbecue short rib, spicy eryngii and shimeji mushroom bulgogi, mango sago (similar to boba)
University of the Pacific, Chef Zulma Rodriguez Rios
Al pastor lobster taco with charred pineapple relish, avocado foam; braised short rib birria puffy taco, house-made churros with chocolate azteca
WHERE
You can go get your food at Benson – three stations will be Acai, Simply Oasis, Global Grill. The Simply Oasis station will be moved to Chef’s Table for this evening.
