During his seven years at the Fairmont Hotel\, he also served as Executive Sous Chef and Acting Executive Chef. \nChef Eugene graduated from Le Cordon Blue program at the California Culinary Academy with honors and completed his externship at “Bistro de Venise” Restaurant\, Venice Italy. \nIn his progressive career as a culinary professional Eugene worked under world known three Michelin star Chef Christopher Kostow and was a part of a team which earned him his first two stars. \nWith fine dining background and extensive hotel and catering experience Chef Eugene brings the combination of two together to create a memorable dining experience to the Santa Clara Community.
